Goodrich Quality Theaters
Community Outreach Program
offers a fundraising opportunity for any
school, church, or non-profit organization.
Since the inception of this program in 2009,
Goodrich Quality Theaters has donated over $50,000 to non-profit orgranizations!
Your group can schedule
any four hour block Monday through Thursday,
excluding major movie openings and holidays.
Goodrich Quality Theaters will donate up to 50%
(less tax) of purchased concessions from
your supporters with a cap of $500.
1. Schedule Date & Time: Choose a date
and time (up to 4 hours) with the local theater manager.
Dates can only be Monday through Thursday (excluding movie
openings and holidays). Once the date is approved, we will provide
you with an electronic template (coupon sized) invitation.
2. Invite & Promote: Add the specifics of
your date and time to the provided template invitation, print and distribute
to friends, family and supporters of your non-profit group. Distribute your
coupons prior to your event at the theaters. Distribute by handing
them out, email or upload on your facebook and have your friends print them
out and come to the theater on your event night. It is your job to get as
many people as possible to come to the theater during your FUNdraising
event. The more people you invite, chances are more money will be raised for
your non-profit organization!
3. Greet & Raise Money: A group
leader and group participants greet
your supporters at the theater during your scheduled date and time. When
someone comes in with your coupon invite, they need to present the coupon at the
concession stand with their concession purchase for your group to be
credited for your fundraising. We will donate
up to 50% of the concessions (less tax), with a $500 cap.
