NCM Fathom and Drum Corps International present “The Countdown” in select theatres nation wide on Thursday, April 24 at 7:30PM. “The Countdown” will feature six full-length performances selected from the 2005, 2006, and 2007 Drum Corps International World Championship finalists, as chosen by fans.
In a new twist from the popular "Classic Countdown" of previous years, fans will now have the chance to try their hand at the judging process and select the “2008 Countdown Champion” with a special downloadable score sheet. Hosted by veteran DCI broadcasters Steve Rondinaro and Dennis DeLucia, fans will relive these six favorite corps performances remixed and remastered specifically for this special theatrical event. Additionally, drum corps enthusiasts will be able to count down the days to the start of the 2008 DCI Summer Tour with an exclusive preview from several of the top DCI World Class units.
