Winners will be notified as stated in the rules and regulations below.
1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER. Sweepstakes begins January 8, 2010 and ends February 25, 2010 or when Goodrich Quality Theaters Inc has sold all 25,000 cups which ever comes first. The sweepstakes is sponsored by Goodrich Quality Theaters Inc. and its affiliated companies (herein referred to as the “Facilitator”) and Busch Entertainment Corporation (herein referred to as the “Promotional Sponsor”). All sweepstakes entrants must be legal U.S. residents to enter. All sweepstakes entrants must be 21 years of age or older as of February 25, 2010. Confirmation of age is required, and Facilitator may require any entrant to provide proof of age. Corporate entities are not eligible. No employees, immediate family members of employees (spouses and parents, siblings, children and their respective spouses), and/or any individuals living in the same household of employees of the Facilitator or Promotional Sponsor (including all affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies and advertising agencies) are eligible to participate in this sweepstakes. The Facilitator and Promotional Sponsor, including all of their respective agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies, advertising and promotion agencies, employees, officers, directors, and shareholders, shall be referred to collectively as the “Sweepstakes Entities”.
2. HOW TO ENTER: There is no charge or cost to register or enter. There are two ways to enter. 1) VIA ONLINE: Visit the Facilitator’s website gqti.com. Entrants need to click on the Goodrich Quality Theaters / World’s of Discovery Sweepstakes button and complete all the information requested on the subsequent Sweepstakes entry page. Entries must be received by February 25, 2010. No mechanically reproduced entries accepted. Only one entry per e-mail address allowed. The Facilitator and its respective agents are not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, damaged, illegible or misdirected e-mail, for technical, hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions, which may limit a user’s ability to participate in or enter the Sweepstakes. If you enter via the e-mail option, all notifications in the Sweepstakes will be sent by e-mail, phone or mail. The Facilitator is not responsible, and may disqualify you, if your e-mail address does not work or if it is changed without prior notice to us via e-mail. 2) VIA POSTCARD: Handprint your complete name, address, state, zip code, daytime phone number and date of birth on a 3½” x 5” postcard and send it to Goodrich Quality Theaters /World’s of Discovery Sweepstakes, c/o Goodrich Quality Theaters Concessions Dept., 4417 Broadmoor SE, Kentwood, MI 9512. Facilitator reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes, if fraud or technical failures destroy the integrity of the Sweepstakes as determined by Facilitator, in its sole discretion. If the Sweepstakes is so canceled, any and/or all announced winners will receive prizes to which they are entitled as of the date of cancellation; the unawarded prizes will be donated to charity. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by February 25, 2010. Limit one entry per eligible person regardless of method of entry. If you enter more than once, only your first entry received will count, and any subsequent entries will be disqualified. Mechanically reproduced, illegible, incomplete, forged or altered mail-in entries will not be accepted. All entries become the exclusive property of the Facilitator. Neither the Facilitator nor any of its respective parents, subsidiaries and/or affiliates, nor any Internet access providers are responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry of entry information, human error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone or other network, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof, inability to access the Facilitator’s website, or late, lost, damaged, misdirected, illegible, incorrect or postage due mail.
3. DRAWING FOR WINNER: Winners will be selected in a random computer generated drawing to be conducted on or about March 9, 2010 by the Facilitator, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. The winners will be notified by email, phone or mail. If unable to contact potential winner by phone, or if potential winner fails to respond to the prize notification within 48 hours after its issuance, or if any winner fails to comply with any of the Sweepstakes requirements, an alternate winner shall be selected through another random drawing conducted by the Facilitator. The Grand Prize winner will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility/publicity (where legal) and the Facilitator 's liability release and waiver, and return same, properly executed, within 5 days after issuance of notification. Winners consent to the use of their names, voices, likenesses, and/or photographs for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. If, in the Facilitator’s opinion there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the Sweepstakes, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes, the Facilitator reserves the right to void suspect entries and/or terminate the Sweepstakes and conduct a random drawing to award the prize using all eligible entries received as of the termination date. Should the Sweepstakes be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, the Facilitator will endeavor to post notice of termination on the Facilitator’s website.
4. ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is open only to individual legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (excluding its territories, possessions, commonwealths and military installations), who are 21 years of age or older as of February 25, 2010. No employees, immediate family members of employees (spouses and parents, siblings, children and their respective spouses), and/or any individuals living in the same household of employees of the Facilitator (including all affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies and advertising agencies) are eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes. The Facilitator reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found tampering with the entry process or entry materials. ALL ENTRANTS ACCEPT THE CONDITIONS STATED IN THESE OFFICIAL RULES, AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE DECISIONS OF THE FACILITATOR, WARRANT THAT THEY ARE ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES AND RELEASE THE SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES AND ALL OF THEIR RESPECTIVE EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AND SHAREHOLDERS FROM AND AGAINST ANY/AND ALL CLAIMS AND DAMAGES ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH THEIR PARTICIPATION AND/OR ENTRY IN THE SWEEPSTAKES AND/OR AWARDING OR USE OF ANY PRIZE AWARDED IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE FACILITATOR AND ITS DESIGNEES RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SUCH ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be awarded to the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. This Sweepstakes is governed by U.S. law and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. Any and all legal actions or claims arising in connection with this Sweepstakes must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction within the U.S. Void where prohibited by law and outside the U.S.
5. PRIZES: 1) One (1) Grand Prize: A Trip for 4 to Orlando, FL to experience SeaWorld and its whimsical new waterpark, World’s of Discovery! Tickets and exclusive access to Pepsi’s World’s of Discovery Splash Bash (May 2, 2010), Tickets to SeaWorld Orlando, Lunch Reservations at SeaWorld, VIP behind-the-scenes tour at SeaWorld, Round-Trip Airfare, 3-Nights Hotel Accommodations. Grand Prize consists of roundtrip coach air transportation for winner and guests to Orlando, FL from a single major airport in continental U.S., nearest winner's home (as determined by Facilitator), transportation to/from airport and hotel in Orlando, 1 hotel room (quad occupancy) accommodations for three (3) nights at an Orlando, FL hotel. Trip will be fulfilled by the Busch Entertainment Corporation travel agency, TEAM. All other expenses relating to acceptance of grand prize, which are not explicitly listed, are responsibility of winner and guests. Certain travel restrictions may apply. Estimated retail value of Grand Prize is $2,600. Any taxes on prize are sole responsibility of winner. Grand prize winner and guests must each complete the Facilitator’s travel release and waiver prior to departure. Guests of grand prize winner must be at least 21 years of age as of January 31, 2010 or except to the extent that the grand prize winner is the parent or legal guardian of such. No substitution, cash alternative or transfer of prize permitted, except by Facilitator due to prize unavailability at time of award.
